Unclaimed Funds Database
Unclaimed Funds Database
Database of unclaimed dividends that may be due to you (as a creditor) from a past bankruptcy or proposal. Unclaimed funds - also called dividends - represent money collected for creditors by trustees during a bankruptcy that, because the creditor cannot be located, has not been distributed. By law, these funds must be turned over to the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy and held in trust until the rightful creditor (person or business owed the money) comes forward to make a claim.
