Assignment of Purchase Order
An Assignment of Purchase Order is an agreement where on party (the assignor) assigns his interests and rights in an agreement, in this case a purchase order, to another party (the assignee). The assignor will also make certain representations and warranties about the purchase order and his/her actions regarding the purchase order (e.g. deposits paids, etc.) up to that point.
