License to Use Right-of-Way
Agreement between a licensor and licensee permitting licensee to make use of a
right-of-way (licensee can travel across licensor's property). This agreement is similar to the grant ofright-of-way except here the licensee will pay the licensor a monthly or annual fee for the right.See form: License to Use Right-of-Way
