Power of Attorney - Bank
If it becomes necessary to appoint another person to perform banking tasks on your behalf (e.g. paying and receiving moneys, signing checks, etc.), you can use a Power of Lawyer for Banking (sometimes referred to as a limited power of lawyer). This document allows a "mentally" competent natural person to authorize someone else to act on his or her behalf in performing his/her banking tasks. This document is revocable.
See form: Power of Attorney - Bank
Note: Some forms not suitable for use in the province of Quebec. Check form details.
