Power of Attorney - Corporate Shares
If it becomes necessary to appoint another person to vote at a shareholder meeting or otherwise represent you with regard to corporate shares, you can use a Power of Lawyer for Corporate Shares (sometimes referred to as a limited power of lawyer). This document allows a "mentally" competent natural person to authorize someone else to act on his or her behalf in performing these tasks. This document is revocable.
