Shareholder Contribution Agreement
This Shareholder Contribution Agreement is between three shareholders of a Corporation. Under this agreement the shareholders agree to contribute proportionately according to their shareholdings if any of them is called upon to honor a bank guarantee of the Corporation's indebtedness.
