Scotland Notice That Tenancy is Not to be a Short Assured Tenancy
Scottish landlords, if you are offering a tenant a new tenancy which is not a short assured tenancy, you must notify them with this Notice That a New or Continuing Tenancy is Not to be a Short Assured Tenancy, in accordance with Section 32(4) of the Housing (Scotland) Act 1988. This will change the tenancy from a short assured tenancy to an assured tenancy.
