Direction to Bailiff to Repossess - without Indemnity
Often when personal property is purchased (e.g. a jet ski), payment for the property is made through a finance plan. If the purchaser fails to make payments on the purchased property, the plan allows for the creditor/seller to reposses the purchased property. This form instructs a baliff to repossess the purchased property. This form does not include a indemnification provision.
