Engagement Letter

This letter is to be sent by a service provider to its client. The letter once reviewed will be countersigned by the client and returned to the service provider.

The letter will include the terms of the service engagement (documents needed, hourly rate, services provided, etc.). This letter is specifically designed for independent contractors working on an hourly rate. For more comprehensive agreements use an independent contractor agreement or a service agreement.
