General Proxy

A proxy is a written document whereby one person gives another the authority to vote in his stead, in this case at all of the shareholders meetings. This type of arrangement is used by shareholders who are unable or unwilling to attend the shareholder meetings. The rights under this proxy form may be revoked or terminated by the shareholder.
