About:
A Notice to Quit is used by a Landlord when a Tenant has:
- failed to pay their rent within the required time after it was due,
- caused serious damage to the premises,
- committed violent acts or made threats of violence against property or other tenants,
- performed illegal activities on premises (drug use, prostitution, etc.)
