Osgoode Hall Law Journal

For over 30 years the Journal's primary aim has been to publish research that will further our understanding of the
law. The Journal seeks, in particular, to publish articles relating to the law that present new theoretical
generalizations, report empirical findings, or address the policy implications of current research. We are interested
in publishing papers that make significant contributions to knowledge in all areas of law.
